If the customer requests an exchange, the customer agrees to pay the shipping/delivery fee both ways.
The credit card address and shipping address must match exactly. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If your order is flagged for this reason, the order will be cancelled.
If your order is flagged for fraud, the order will be cancelled. In this case, your card and personal information will be blocked from making futures purchases.
Orders will take approximately 2-3 business days to arrive after process and handling.
If you need to correct the shipping information please contact info@theiconblvd.com. As long as the order is not yet processed, we can correct the information on our end.
If the order has a status of processed or shipped, the customer will have to wait for the package to be RTS (returned to sender). Once the order has been RTS, you will be contacted through email with a new invoice for reshipping.
THE ICON BLVD is not responsible for lost, stolen. Please contact your delivery carrier if you experience any of these issues.
